I always liked this about a week before my menstration cycle. Fatigue, muscle pain, insomnia, lethargy, etc. .. I have a workout Saturday. Yesterday afternoon, slept and could not be worked out (by day) and now today have the impression that I changed my training. my body hurts so much, I know not to lift weights. What do you know do everything possible to continue, even in the near future? I was sure that they do not go more than two training sessions in a row, but man I feel shit. I'm on the contraceptive pill Yasmin, so I do not know if that done for me?

  1. Sticking to a regular schedule. Exercise at the same time every day or as near as possible at the same time acquiring the habit. In fact, you'll feel bad if you miss a day, so stay with your routine, you will do well.
    In terms of birth control should not affect how you feel tired. In any case, try to drink more water, eat less salt, white sugar and caffeine, etc. These things help to strengthen the overall feel of the time anyway, and birth control more effectively to relieve menstrual symptoms.
    If you go back spasms, or just feel sick, try to ibeprofen Midol or Tylenol / before going to the gym, or put a warm heating pad on the back of the region or basin, while you work. To some of the pain and keep your mind focused on your training.

  2. Sounds exactly like my symptoms of PMS. I fear that this period of several months. I also have the training. Especially as I prepare for a race. If I feel shit, like you, I just decided that it would be my rest day and my day of light training. Fortunately, my PMS lasts only 2-3 days. I would like to ask is your doctor or maybe the investigation as to weather or not birth control, that all causes of fatigue or just PMS. Have you ever tried these packages "GU"? They are like little bursts of energy. They have the consistency of cream and taste similar. They are rich in caffeine and the last 45 minutes. I think you can find it in energy bars or cliff bars found. Check to see if it works. Good luck to you
