Good camcorder for under $400 ? - top camcorders under $400
I want something with good battery life, backlight setting, and a clear picture. The party has to be a clear picture above, I just want something to make our face, like a blur. I videos on my laptop. I'll be shooting all kinds of lighting.
What do you recommend?
